AIM can be a good thing

AIM is a amazing thing at times. I had a great discussion with elisha last night on aim. I went to church last night and after i left i was bothered by some chirstain attitudes that i've ran into lately. I've just noticed that christains seem to be not so forgiving to fello christians if they "sin." So i was on aim venting to elisha (thanks again) about this. What is different if a fello christain messes up or a druggie, for example, being forgiven by christ? To me they both need the love of christ and support of brothers and sisters in christ. I remember a sermon where our pastor used an anaology of a bunch of bikers, stripper, drug addicts, and others that would come in the service and sit with them. What would the church do? what should the church do? The pastor went on saying that we should love, comfort, encourage, and be friend them. Then the church would amen and applaud him. Later, a couple of weeks after that sermon, a fello christain "falls" and they shun him and look down on him. Ignore his very presence. That just chapped my hide! I don't know what kind of bible your reading but the one that I read my bible says that if a brother in christ falls into sin to restore him into the kingdom. My bible also says that love covers a multitude of sin. My bible also says that even though we've been unfaithful he remains faithful because he can not deny himself. I strongly believe that what makes christianity what christianity is, is being christ like. What is "being christ like?" Living and acting like christ. What christ did was eat with sinners, spoke to them, prayed for them, healed them, feed them, and most of all loved them with a unconditionaly love. That my friends is what christianity is. That is the life we need to pursue. I pray that all of us will make that our goal. To live the life and run a good race for christ.

building to taxes to food!

Woo hoo! finished building the deck today! I'm all crispy from the sun. I like it! Not sun burned, just toasted...hehe. I was in the sun all day for 10 hours every day this past week hince the not posting. I also taxes...blah. I spent a good two days working on my taxes figuring out what had to do since this i my first year being self-employeed. Trust me i've learned alot and i know next year taxes will be A LOT easier! Even though i have every receipt from 2002 to present I just wasn't ready for the taxes. Man they murder you for tring to work for yourself. Gess, I can't wait for the flat tax to come about. I'm all for it. Anywho, today i was suppose to go to a friends engagement party at the romanian church. I was going to go but by the time i finished cleaning all the wood away from the deck and the tools, i didn't get in the house til 7pm. It started at 6pm. Plus, shower and drive time, I probably wouldn't have gotten there til 7:45ish. Well to my mistake they were just starting to eat. I miss a ton of good food! I must say though I love my mom! She brought me home some desert! How awesome is that! Alrighty... I'm tired.

feel like...blah...

Blah... after having awesome weather (70-75 degrees) it was colder today. Much colder! I believe it was only 56ish. Anywho i was working outside building a new deck to our house. It got pretty chill. Why couldn't it be in the 70's? WHY!? Weather is so unpredictable. The weather man might say partly cloudy and you walk out side and it's lighting everywhere and pouring rain. That actually happened sunday. Needless to say i was soaked. Wow I'm just rambling... I'm tired. I'm going to work, which again i increased everything, read, pray and... sleep! woohoo! sleep! Until next time... The rambling continues...

Good day

Man, church was awesome today. The worship band rocks my face off. Nothing like worshiping while you have a great band to lead you in it. It surpises me that the worship leader is so tiny but yet you have this powerful voice coming out. Also today I ran into an old friend that i used to hang out with about 2 years ago. I didn't even know she went there. Anywho she mentioned about checking out the college and career group next sunday and i told her i wanted to go but never did because i'm a chicken. So atleast this way i know someone. lol. Hey good news! I made it home safely from church this week. Most of you are probably wonder and saying "ok?" Well what i didn't mention last week was on my way home I almost got into a head on wreak with a Ford F-150 extended cab pick up truck, a red one. The person was driving on the wrong side of the road going over the speed limit by more then me .... that would have not been good. I had go off the road to avoid getting hit. It was on a hill so i didn't see the truck till last minute. Scared me half to death. But im ok. :)
